VEGAN PEANUT PASTA SALAD

...except i ended up using honey because i forgot the agave nectar. and i learned how to julienne and blanch the veggies from youtube - lifesaver! the sauce was really surprising. soy sauce and peanut butter (among other good stuff) whisked together - SO good.

ingredients: sesame oil, tempeh, carrots, broccoli florets, red pepper, brown rice pasta spirals, organic peanut butter, water, soy sauce, agave nectar, apple cider vinegar, minced fresh ginger, sesame seeds.
